Fair Overview
The Shekhawati Fair is being held every year on the 10th and 11th of February in Shekhawati. This Festival is being organized jointly by the District administrations and State Department of Tourism of Sikar, Churu and Jhunjhunu. This festival is one of the main among the residents of Shekhawati and it is celebrated in different venues like Sikar, Churu, Nawalgarh and Jhunjhunu.

On this special occasion people of the entire city gather together and celebrate this festival on a large scale. This festival is being celebrated in many venues and the main centre of this festival is Nawalgarh. The various cultural programs are being held; some of the other attractions of this festival are jeep and camel safari, visits to farms, several games, fireworks, haveli competitions and much more.

Shekhawati lies in the North western Rajasthan and is about 185 kms away from Jaipur and 230 kms from Bikaner. Shekhawati is said to be the heart of Rajasthan as it lies exactly in the centre of Rajasthan. Its main cities are Mandawa. Fathepur, Nawalgarh, Jhunjhunu, Dundlod, Parasurampura and Mukundgarh.
