Pal Haveli Jodhpur

The blue city of Rajasthan, Jodhpur is replete with various legacies of its royal past.  The magnificent Pal Haveli is one such legacy.  this heritage building  standing tall opposite the clock Tower  in  this former land of royals in  jodhpur,  was  constructed by Thakur of Pal in 19th  century. This magnificent building has been serving as the dwelling place for the Nobel family for above 150 years. Pal haveli has also been fantasised by the western visitors.  These days the Pal Haveli is prepared to give red carpet welcome to their esteemed guests.

The pal haveli exhibit the style of its own.  The main gate of the building leads guests to the courtyard adorned with decorated pillars, traditional doorways, and frescos painted to honour family milestones.  The decor of the Pal haveli is also unique. The member of the family still use woven cots with silver legs for sleeping.

The Mardana, or Social Section, exhibits the typical Rajput architecture with original stain-glasswork in windows. The haveli still holds its antique charm Combined with all the modern comforts.

 From the courtyard Terraces of the Pal haveli tourists can catch the impressive glimpses of the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, Cenotaphs at Jaswant Thada, Gulab Sagar, Clock Tower , Old City , Umaid Bhawan Palace in the  city of Jodhpur .
